Have you tried calling BoA and asking?

You authorized the lender to do so when you took the loan. Close the account.

As many times as the account is open and you can afford to pay the overdraft fee………….

if you go to the bank and ask for a stop payment on any amounts from that pay day loan company, you will not be charged overdraft fees. Usually the stop payment fee is $10 to $15.
