love is forgiving asked:
I try to negotiate with them, and explained that I got behind when I went on maternity leave, I did not even stay home all of it, because it got hard financially, I have 3 kids, and van got repo, and almost got evicted, but they dont care they just want the money in full, I have been paying them for almost 2 year on the same 300 dollar loan, and have a few others,(buty they let me pay 20 per month till its paid in full) but never been able to pay back in full, so I have wasted 45 dollars on each loan every two weeks, just to keep it up. I tried to get a payment plan, but they just want the full amount, and I cant pay them. Any advice they have even left me a rude message at my work place.

There is no negotiating with a Payday loan collector. You signed the paperwork and you owe the money. Simple as that. Stay away from those places in the future.

You borrowed the money and they want it back. They will continue to harass you until you do pay them back.
Do you have a friend or relative you can borrow the $300 from so you can pay the loan off?

Send them a cease and desist letter. Once they receive it, they can no longer contact you by law.

Ask family or friends to lend you the money, pay the pay day loan sharks off and make payment arrangements with little or no interest on the loan from your family/friend.
