  1. They wont garnish your wages if you pay them back.

What do you think you just get to keep the money for free?

Payday advance loans are huge rip offs.

  2. They have to bring suit against you and win before they can garnish your wages.

  3. Why are the other bills more important then this one?
I am thinking that you gave them direct access to your checking?? So when the deposit is made, the withdrawell is automatic??

Yeah, if that’s the case, you can’t stop them. If it isn’t the case, they would have to take you to court to garnish your wages.

I would see that they got their money and let everyone else know that their money was going to be late.

  4. Hello Everybody,
My name is John Luggard, three months ago after I got scammed by one Mr.Robinson I was introduced to Sir Dereck Moore who gave me a loan of $15,000 with a interest rate of 2% with a duration of 5yrs.
For this good he did for me i have decided to bring him more customers that are legit and will pay him back his money during repayment period.Contact him at and get your loan within 2-3days.

  5. Be careful if you decide to apply for an online payday loan. Each state has different laws and regulations, and I’m not familiar with the Texas rules and regulations. Maybe you can find a local payday loan office so you can get advice before taking out the loan.

  6. Get professional help right away! You don’t want to do it on your own.

You can expect Zip19 to continue with the collections continuously until you pay up. (remember the form you signed giving them permission to skip the court system and go directly to your employer?). They don’t have to take you to court to garnish you wages, even in Texas.

There are several company’s that can help. I used Destination Debt Solutions and they have taken care of all the creditor calls, working out arrangements right away, and are saving me a fortune!
